With our modification service, you can send us your own suit, and we’ll professionally add the zipper of your choice.
The shipping costs displayed at checkout include two shipments: one for sending your suit to us and one for shipping it back to you after the modification.
Once your order is placed, we will send you a shipping label via email.
If you purchase the modification service along with other items, the shipping cost will cover three shipments: one for the standard items being sent to you and two for the modification process as described above.
Right now, we only modify smooth-skin triathlon suits. If you have a different type of suit, get in touch with our customer service, and we’ll check if a modification is possible.
Depending on demand, modifications usually take between 2 to 6 weeks. If you need a more exact estimate, feel free to contact our customer service.
Currently, we only offer zipper modifications in the crotch area. You can choose from different styles and placements to suit your needs.
We don’t offer lockable zippers at the moment. You can choose whether the zipper runs only in the front or from front to back. We also offer two-way and four-way zippers for more flexibility.
First, place your order. Once that’s done, we’ll send you a return label. Please don’t ship your suit using your own label, as this could cause delays in processing.
Yes, modifying your suit will void the original manufacturer’s warranty.
At the moment, we don’t offer repairs for modified suits. If you have any questions, our customer service team is happy to help.
